I can't believe the awful customer service I received at this bookstore!!! My 18 month old son was with me as I was trying to pick out several books for him and I let him play with the stack of books that we were planning on buying. Who knows if the sales clerk was just ready to call it a day but approached me and commented on the mess we had made. At that point, I put away the 20 books that I had intended on buying and left with my son. I sarcastically apologized for causing her an inconvenience and she just nodded her head... It ruined my entire experience at the Woodburn Company Outlet stores.

I have been to this place now 2 times in the last 2 weeks and the food is good when you get it. The customer service to seat you is great but after you order you food it takes a long time to get it. I think they need to review that with the help staff and change a few things. And the 2 times I was in there it wasn't a packed house so I can't understand why the wait to get your order was so long. I was begining to wonder if they had to go out to the paster to slader the beef or go to the chicken house to get the eggs. The pies to order to take home they are super.

The store is great love the fact it's surrounded by other outlet stores so it was more than worth stopping in for some great books at even better prices. The staff was helpful and even order and mailed a book I have been trying to find. Customer service with a smile. Nice.
